Annual Meeting & Luncheon

We will gather for a wrap-up meeting, vote on a new slate of officers and enjoy a festive luncheon. Please bring photos of projects from the past year, for sharing and for club archives. 
​The luncheon is sponsored by the Hospitality Committee with centerpieces provided by the Flower Arranging Committee.

HORTICULTURE CORNER: Request that every member pot at least 4 plants for the May 30th Spring Plant Sale

Fri - Sat. May XX:  Members contribute plants for the Spring Plant Sale. Request that every member pot up at 
                                                 least 4 plants for the sale 
Saturday , May XX:     Horticulture coordinates the club's plant sale at the Congregational Church from 9:00AM to 
                                      12 noon (set up begins at 7:30AM and clean up ends at 12:30PM). This is an all-club event to
                                       raise funds for scholarships. ALL members are expected to participate.If members are unable
​                                       to participate a financial donation would be welcomed.
